Road Mobility Services has acquired Peet Borst Bandentechniek, a well established tire and vehicle service provider in the Netherlands. The acquisition strengthens the group’s presence in one of Europe’s most important logistics hubs and expands its service offering for transportation companies, agricultural businesses, and industrial customers.
Peet Borst Bandentechniek offers a comprehensive range of services, including tire sales, tire maintenance, and repairs for all types of road vehicles, as well as agricultural and industrial equipment. The company also provides wheel alignment services, truck and bus tire retreading, wheel rim sales and refurbishment, vehicle maintenance services, and roadside tire assistance.
Operations are conducted from three service centres located in Schoonhoven, Nieuwegein, and Sliedrecht. The facilities are strategically positioned near major highways and key logistics hubs across the Netherlands, enabling fast and efficient service for customers throughout large parts of the country.
The company’s team of 19 employees has built a strong local reputation through high service standards, technical expertise, and long-term customer relationships.
‘Peet Borst is a well managed company with a strong local presence and a clear customer focus. By becoming part of Road Mobility Services, the business will have opportunities to continue its development while giving customers access to a broader network and an even wider range of services,’ said a representative of the former owners of Peet Borst.
The previous owners will continue to work in leading operational roles in the organisation.
The acquisition is part of Road Mobility Services’ strategy to build an integrated network of leading local service companies within tires, mobility, and vehicle related services across Northern Europe.
