FleetCheck is on track for a 40% increase in corporate sales by the end of this year as its push into the larger fleet market continues.

Peter Golding, CEO at the fleet software specialist, said the company had formally adopted a strategy to make an impact in this sector early in 2025.

‘While we have a reputation as a small-medium sized fleet specialist, we have always supplied a reasonable number of systems to corporates and our current success in this area means perceptions about FleetCheck are changing.

‘In 2024 the average number of vehicles operated by our new signings was 41 but in 2025, it increased to 191 and there is a strong chance it will rise again this year, given the latest clients we are onboarding. We are looking at an overall 40% increase in corporate sales.’

Peter said the business had taken a view that larger fleets would be attracted by a similar approach to the company’s smaller customers.

‘Our product offering is based around software that is sophisticated but intuitive and accompanied by excellent support. This is a method proving as popular with corporate customers as single users, as independent online reviews show.

‘There are differences, of course, especially around a delivering a wider range of intensive integrations, a higher degree of customisation and a need for dedicated project management – but our overall framework remains highly consistent.’

A number of the new deals the company had won in 2026 were to replace older legacy systems, he added.

‘This is something that seems to occur cyclically in the fleet software sector and we are in a moment where a lot of fleet software that has formed the heart of operations for larger users for years is coming to the end of its useful life. Either the provider has failed to develop the product for today’s needs or the fleet’s requirements have evolved.

‘This is always an exciting moment because it allows us to make a rapid impact through the latest technology. A number of key gains can generally be delivered quickly and, as a result, we are seeing a high level of satisfaction among our newer corporate users.’
