
A Dorset-based logistics company has won an award for its business development efforts.
Pall-Ex Logistics Dorset picked up the Fortec Business Development award at the Pall-Ex Future of Excellence awards evening on Saturday, February 1.
The company, formerly known as Shears Brothers Transport, is based in Bournemouth and forms part of the recently launched logistics division of the Pall-Ex Group.
The Fortec Business Development Award, sponsored by Allports Group, recognises members that have contributed significantly to the growth of Fortec, a part of the Pall-Ex Group.
Bournemouth-based logistics firm recognised for business growth efforts Pall-Ex Logistics Dorset was commended for the efforts of its general manager, Jim Maag, in generating new commercial opportunities for the company.
Mr Maag said: “I’ve had a fantastic first year with Pall-Ex Logistics Dorset.
“I’m very proud of the whole team, without whom this win would just not have been possible.
“I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together in 2025.”
