A new logistics company, Gulf of America Logistics (GOAL), has launched in Bossier City, Louisiana.

The company enters the market amid growing investment in large-scale energy, infrastructure, and industrial developments.

GOAL is led by Brent Patterson, a US Navy logistics veteran and former Senior Vice President at Blue Water Shipping.

The company is focused on supporting major capital projects in sectors such as LNG, petrochemicals, power generation, and infrastructure.

GOAL’s leadership brings technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and political insight.

The company provides end-to-end logistics services, including transport engineering, feasibility studies, barging, rail, trucking, chartering, customs clearance, and HSSEQ.

Additionally, GOAL is reportedly securing a port facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, and has signed an exclusive agreement to offer asset-based trucking services in the region.

Patterson said: “There’s clearly a growing America First agenda, and we’re part of that. We want to ensure that logistics contracts – and the jobs that come with them – are staying in the US. We’re helping to defragment the supply chain, reduce risk to projects, and deliver value for developers, EPCs and OEMs.”
