Four experienced property professionals have launched BOX4 Real Estate, a new consultancy focused on the industrial and logistics market.
The firm was set up by James Goode, previously head of Industrial & Logistics NW at Avison Young, along with Sam Royle, Edward Kennerley, and James Clements, all former partners at Knight Frank across the North West and Midlands.
With backgrounds in property disposals, occupier acquisitions, and land deals, the founders bring a combined depth of sector experience.
In a joint statement, the directors said: “Our aim with BOX4 was simple – to build a business rooted in specialist knowledge, collaboration, and long-term relationships”. We’ve each worked extensively in our respective areas and saw an opportunity to bring that expertise together under one roof, with a shared focus on the logistics and industrial market.”
BOX4 is already advising clients, including occupiers, investors, and developers across the UK.
