HIVED, the parcel delivery company built for ecommerce, today announced Leo Mulabdić as its new Vice President Commercial Strategy & Network.

With nearly ten years experience in the ecommerce and logistics sector, Leo will be responsible for scaling HIVED’s tech-enabled and customer-centric delivery network in 2025 as the business targets ambitious growth.

Leo joins HIVED from Amazon where he was the Head of EU Pricing for Amazon Shipping, leading a team responsible for pricing strategy and supporting the commercial team in customer negotiations. With a seven year career at the tech giant, Leo previously held roles at Amazon Business EU where he managed pricing strategy and product launches.

Founded in 2021 by CEO Murvah Iqbal and CPO Mathias Krieger, HIVED has quickly established itself as a leader in sustainable, technology-driven parcel delivery solutions, tailored to the rapidly growing ecommerce industry.

Leo joins a growing HIVED leadership team following the recent appointment of logistics veteran Andrew Baker, who joined as VP of Sales from DHL after an 18 year career at DPD.

Commenting on his appointment, Leo Mulabdić, HIVED VP of Network said, “No one else is doing end-to-end electric delivery like HIVED. The business has developed the right value proposition combined with a clear market focus, which customers both recognise and appreciate. As HIVED now looks to supercharge the next phase of its growth across the UK, I’m hugely excited to lead our commercial strategy and network to create a fully-integrated and scalable delivery model.”

Murvah Iqbal, CEO and Co-founder of HIVED, added, “I am delighted that Leo is joining the HIVED team ahead of an exciting year of growth. We have ambitious plans to scale our delivery network across the UK in 2025 and are continuing to hire top talent to support our growth strategy. Leo’s extensive experience in ecommerce and logistics at the world’s largest delivery company will be invaluable as we scale.”
