CBRE appoints Bryce Stewart, who joins as a senior director at the company’s Edinburgh office.
CBRE has strengthened its Scotland industrial and logistics team with the appointment of Bryce Stewart, who joins as a senior director at the company’s Edinburgh office.
Stewart brings more than 30 years’ experience operating in the Scotland markets and has held senior roles at Colliers International as head of the Scottish industrial team and more recently, partner at Montagu Evans.
His expertise spans all sub-sectors within the industrial and logistics (I&L) sector. Among some of his most notable deals was the sale of the Fife Hyundai factory, where he advised Shepherd Offshore to manage the sale of the land to Fife Council, in partnership with Fife College, the Scottish Government, and Scottish Futures Trust for a ‘super-campus’ learning facility.
Bryce Stewart said, “CBRE has a strong foothold in both Scotland and the wider I&L market, and I am eager to bring my extensive experience and industry knowledge to the team and deliver even greater value to our clients. Having known and worked with many members of the team over the years, this move feels like a natural progression. The firm’s remarkable resources and capabilities make it an ideal environment for mutual growth and success, and I look forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead.”
Craig Semple, head of industrial & logistics in Scotland, added, “With a proven track record, Bryce will play a key role in driving growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients as we scale up our I&L agency team in regional markets. Bryce is extremely well connected, and those relationships will create wider opportunities for CBRE and, more importantly, our clients. Our commitment to growth in this sector ensures that we are primed to respond to changing market dynamics and can provide unrivalled solutions across Scotland.”
