Three new tenants confirmed at the Holbrook Park urban logistics development in Coventry.
ocated on the former Meggitt aerospace site off Holbrook Lane and Swallow Road, the £35m development offers 31 leasehold units ranging from 2,485 to 40,120 sq ft.
The new tenants are Freshest Greengrocers, audio-visual provider GVAV, and mobility aids retailer CareCo, which has taken two units.
Holbrook Park is owned by a joint venture between Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management.
Other occupiers include Wurth, Clifton Bathrooms, Kelvatek, and TrophyMe.
